What are your rates?
We are pleased to offer our customers flat rates to & from the Tampa Airport.
We provide a super competitive airport flat rate. Our flat rates are generally discounted around %10 to 20% off regular airport taxi meter rates.

Why do you need a mobile phone number?
We need your mobile phone number incase the driver needs to contact you due to a traffic delay or if you are held up in passport control or baggage the driver will try to contact you, so please do turn on your mobile when you have left the aircraft and entered the airport.
Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle.
Is my transport Shared?
Absolutely not, the transport is private and we do not take any other people in the car with you. The car is exclusively yours.
Do we provide Care Seats ?
Yes, We do provide car seats infant seats, toddler & booster seats. When you make a online reservation mention that you need a car seat, write the age and weight of child. How does your taxi pick up the passenger at TPA Tampa Airport?
You make your online reservation in advance, send us the following information:
- Name of the passenger
- Phone Number to contact passenger at the airport
- Date Airline and Flight Number
- Destination Information
- Number of passangers
If you require a mini van or baby seats please mention that as well.
We try to call customers before a scheduled pick-up at the airport so you know the assigned drivers phone number when you land in Tampa. If not call (813) 384-8294 when you land and we will give your drivers phone number. The driver will confirm flight number, est. time of arrival, destination address, and any other job specific details required i.e. special instructions etc. Driver will give you their phone number to make contact once you have arrived at the Tampa Airport. We park in the short term parking garage just upstairs from the baggage claim usually on the TOP FLOOR (9th floor) by the elevator doors so we may enter the airport to assist you if needed. Customers will meet the driver in the designated baggage area for their flight by the elevator doors. Our drivers park in the short-term parking area upstairs from the baggage claim usually on the 9th floor so the vehicle can be parked close to the elevator door most drivers park by the elevators on the 9th floor and wait for you.
What is the gratuity policy?
It is our belief that gratuity should be left to the discretion of the customer and if you feel you didn't receive good services please call or email us and let us know about it so we may correct the problem however to maintain pricing minimums consistent with the Tampa Public Transportation Commission, as well as to provide specialized services, internet reservations, low flat rates for airport pick-ups, flight tracking , meet & greet airport service a 15%-20% gratuity should be added to the bill for all trips but is not required.
